Ask them to be honest. It's better to find out from them than from a potential customer.

The second thing that you should remember to do when marketing your home based business products is to be friendly.

Think about how they made you feel. What did you like? What didn't you like? Make sure that when you are asking them something that you are sincere, and wait for the answer to the question.

People are going to more apt to buy from you if you are willing to listen to them.

One of the things that people are going to like would be discounts. When you are marketing home based business with an email or another form of advertising, include a voucher/coupon code that they can use.

Use a different voucher/coupon code for each marketing approach that you do and it will let you know how effective it is.

People love sales, so they are going to be more likely to buy your products if they don't have to pay full price for them.

Marketing your home based business products means that you want to put your potential customers first.

Make sure that you aren't coming on too strong by talking to friends and family, make sure that you are friendly and that people know that you are sincere, and offer discounts when you are advertising.

These are three ways that you can be sure that people are going to want to know more about your business.

An effective marketing plan starts with putting your customer first, even before they become your customer.

Think about them and what they want, and you will know how to market to them.
